WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. SHOULD YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS AND DELIVERY WAS NOT COMPLETED, ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU.
A COPY OF YOUR ORDER/INVOICE IS SENT TO YOU AUTOMATICALLY AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CHECK THAT THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT. IN THE EVENT THAT A MISTAKE HAS BEEN MADE, IT CAN BE CHANGED BUT WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO DO THIS FOR YOU.
ORDERS CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT MACS@KCBH.COM.AU IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST OR WOULD LIKE TO SEND YOUR ORDER OVERSEAS.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT OUR PRODUCTS ARE FRAGILE AND WILL BE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. MAC'S SHORTBREAD COMPANY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY IF ITEMS ARE LEFT IN THE HEAT AND SUNLIGHT OR DAMAGED WHILE BEING DELIVERED.
ORDERS WILL BE FREIGHTED WITH AUSTRALIA POST. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS LEFT US. ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NOTIFICATION, PLEASE WAIT UP TO 72 HOURS FOR IT REFLECT ON THE AUS POST SYSTEM.
IF A PARCEL IS LOST IN TRANSIT WE CANNOT GIVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF A PRODUCT UNTIL A FULL INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS.
